Frustration

Updated: Jul 30, 2021

Trust in, lean on, rely on, and have confidence in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before Him. God is a refuge for us (a fortress and a high tower). Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! Psalm 62:8.

In these times, there are many reasons to feel frustrated. Concerns

remain about working in-person or remotely. Many seek work. Employers have

multiple signs regarding hiring that is in progress and worker readiness impacts

businesses. Some are homeless.

Families are still evaluating the path forward for the remainder of 2021. What summer

activities are appropriate? What protocols will schools have in a few weeks? We desire

answers that pertain to our situations and prefer to have a future look at outcomes.

Driving is more intense. We have to be thoughtful to avoid road rage incidents.

I want to encourage everyone to lean on the Lord. Ask Him to help you and your family.

We can specify our concerns, issues and challenges in our prayer time. He is the refuge

from harm, illness and financial woes. Take a pause as you think about His goodness and

mercy. He is the bridge that we need in unsettled times.
