Navigating Life

The Lord went ahead of them. He guided them during the day with a pillar of cloud. He provided light at night with a pillar of fire. This allowed them to travel by day or by night, Exodus 13:21.

Life threw curve balls at all of us in the last 1.5 years. The term "pivot" was applied to business, family, learning and entertainment, instead of marching bands only.

We may still feel we need direction in many parts of life. Should we wear a mask or not? Should we

be in a large gathering with family outside? Should we return to the office in-person? If yes, when?

Is the time now or later in 2021?

We need guidance just like the Israelites. They had a pillar of a cloud to move them forward in daylight. Light shined from the pillar of fire at night. They were never alone; know that we are

not alone. We have the privilege to ask God to join us in unsettling times whether there are

family, business/job, relationship, home or school concerns. The Lord Himself goes before us and

He will be with us. He will never leave us not forsake us. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,

Deuteronomy 31:8.

God's navigational wisdom is always available. Tap into it. Bless you and your family.
