Easter commemorates the death and resurrection of Jesus. His goal was to absorb all our
misdeeds past, current, and future. He took the punishment that we should have received to
allow us to be free to have an abundant life. "My purpose is to give them a rich and
satisfying life, New Living Translation, St. John 10:10.
If we desire guidance in our lives, we can ask God to assist. Victory equals:
Developing and maintaining a personal relationship with God
Making the life changes that we want
Overcoming our fears, overwhelming seasons, disappointments, and sorrows
Participating in meaningful, successful and dynamic relations with family and friends
Possessing peace of mind
Sharing our time and resources with others
We know effort is required to acquire and sustain prosperity is possible with Christ. Philippians 4:19 reminds us that "God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus," The Message Bible.
