Psalm 119:164 says: I will praise You seven times a day because all of Your regulations are just. Those who love Your instructions have great peace and do not stumble!
Seven praises are available each day: 1) We can praise Him for our health. The pandemic highlighted how health can change. 2) We can praise Him for our family. It's a good time to
let them know that you care for them. 3) We can praise Him for provision. Yes, we need to continue seeking Him to cover all we need. 4) We can praise Him for sight, hearing and movement. 5) We can praise Him for sleeping. 6) We can praise Him reflectively for our lives to this time before we ever realized that pandemic was a word. 7) We can praise Him for His goodness!
