What Music is Playing in Your Heart - as You Exit 2020?

Now it happened as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. Then as He entered a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off. And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

So when He saw them, He said to them, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And so it was that as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan, Luke 17:11-16.

Whew! It's December 30, 2020. We experienced pivoting, realignment, loss and saw some that were ill, similar to the lepers. They were commanded to quarantine outside of the city.

They could only reenter the city after the priest gave permission past examining them.

The Samaritan headed to the priest as the other nine lepers did. Yet, he noticed that he was cleansed. He returned to tell Jesus, "Thanks!" He had experienced the isolation of the diagnosis and he knew that this was an unpleasant situation. Yet, he took time to say he was grateful.

We have firsthand knowledge of quarantining. Different 2020 scenarios occurred for each of us. Where are we today? Did we observe that we are here to declare the 364th day of 2020?

I started singing twelve (12) "Thank Yous". Thank You, Lord for every one of the twelve months from January to December that you helped me, my family, friends, neighbors, all frontline workers, school children, teachers, pastors, church members, those in authority, former coworkers and the poor that we have served.

I am not saying that there were no struggles. I am saying that GOD is our Refuge and Strength [mighty and impenetrable to temptation], a very present and well-proved help in trouble, Psalm 46:1, AMP.

Can you give a praise for a safe arrival to this point?

Enter 2021 with Psalm 46:1 as a daily companion. It will provide light for your journey.
