What's in Your Basket?


I know what it is to be in need and I know what it is to have plenty. I learned the secret

of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want, Philippians 4:12.


In 2020, we learned that we treasured our ability to move around and go to events. In the past, we may have mentioned that our weekends were filled with children's activities or

other commitments. We missed the bustling while we quarantined.


Yet, we learned important lessons: 1) Family matters. 2) We know that gratitude is in order when we have plenty. 3) Generosity is well-positioned in our minds going forward. 4) We committed to praying when we had few outdoor options.
